Project 1 | Product Personalization

Launch of personalized products on JBL.com and HarmanAudio.com in time for the 2019 holiday season. Phase 1 of the launch included 6 top-selling JBL products. We were the first in the consumer audio space allowing customers to style their sound with personal photos and patterns.

My team's involvement end-to-end: 

  • Concept ideation

  • UX/UI of landing page across various devices

  • Content: creative direction and approval of all assets

  • UAT across various devices

  • Merchandising strategy and execution (e.g., product selection, placement, content management, inventory forecast and allocation) 

  • Marketing strategy and execution (e.g., paid media, paid search, influencer, email, affiliate, and social)

Launch of Backstage Pass Sweepstakes program on JBL.com to promote email subscription list growth and retention.
