Project 1 | Product Personalization
Launch of personalized products on JBL.com and HarmanAudio.com in time for the 2019 holiday season. Phase 1 of the launch included 6 top-selling JBL products. We were the first in the consumer audio space allowing customers to style their sound with personal photos and patterns.

Launch of Backstage Pass Sweepstakes program on JBL.com to promote email subscription list growth and retention.
